1. Refund Eligibility:

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date or the length of the program, whichever is longer.
  • To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase.
  • Refunds are only available if you can demonstrate that you applied the training steps and did not see measurable improvement in your dog’s behavior, despite your genuine effort to engage with the materials and utilize the available support options, including:
    • Engaging with the online course materials
    • Using trainer support via email
    • Attending live Q&A sessions or reviewing Q&A recordingsĀ 
  • Refunds are only available for first-time purchases of our training course. Subsequent purchases are not eligible for refunds.Ā 

2. How to Request a Refund:

  • Email our support team at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request."
  • Include your full name, purchase date, and evidence of your engagement with the course and support options, such as:
    • Screenshots of completed course modules
    • Dates and topics of live Q&A sessions attended or recordings reviewed
    • Evidence of email exchanges with trainer support
  • Explain why the course did not work for you, despite your efforts to engage with the materials and support options.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

Ā 3.Ā Refund Process:

  • If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • If a refund is issued, all access to course materials, recordings, and bonuses will be revoked.
  • Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
